  • Program Growth- 25 Million Americans struggle with substance use disorders. 1 in 5 Americans experience psychiatric issues.   • Preparation for Sale- Preparing for a sale, finding a buyer, recapitalization, negotiations, due diligence and closing can seem daunting.  I assist owners in identifying if selling is the right option, and can assist in creating a prospectus  presentation. 
  • Operational Issues- Having been an addiction counselor for 18 years, I have worked in, and managed programs in many different settings.  It is my belief that the clinical team of any program can make or break a company.  Are you experiencing excessive turnover in staff, clinical difficulties, cohesion issues, difficulty with company culture?  This is not a unique problem.  Gaining outside insight can benefit everyone from the owners to the patients.
