Startup Consulting- Nothing is more exciting, or at times, nerve-racking, than opening a new facility. I can tell you first hand, having someone to bounce ideas off and discuss the process with is priceless. I offer clinical program development, operations development and improvement, state and accreditation compliance and general program layout.
Family Intervention- I have worked with families and individuals in crisis all over the world. Trained in Mental Health and Addiction Intervention, I utilize different intervention and counseling models, to motivate individuals to seek the help they need. Families often wonder how an intervention will motivate their loved one to accept the help they have been denying they need. This I why Interventionists exist. We can get them to accept help through a crafted process that is loving, and supportive of all those involved.
Coaching Services- I provide coaching for individuals, families and organizations. The focus of my coaching comes from a relational and interpersonal frameworks. I often help families learn how to better interact with a loved one, who is struggling. I help individuals who themselves are struggling or want to improve how they show up in relationships, or recovery. I help organizations with growth goals, rebranding and other issues.
Clinical Development- Whether you have an intact program and team that just needs some fresh material, or you need to build a clinical team and program from scratch, I can help. As a counselor and interventionist, I am also able to help clinicians identify ways to improve retention, manage resistance and improve outcomes.
Interim Management- I provide Interim CEO/Management services for companies and programs. These services are intended for programs with a vacancy or in a transitional period.
Operational Issues- Having been an addiction counselor for 24-years, I have worked in, and managed programs in many different settings. It is my belief that the clinical team of any program can make or break a company. Are you experiencing excessive turnover in staff, clinical difficulties, cohesion issues, difficulty with company culture? This is not a unique problem. Gaining outside insight can benefit everyone from the owners to the patients.
