What is Company Culture?

In the behavioral healthcare field, staff can, “make or break” a facility.  While the term “culture” is a current buzz phrase, what it represents is important.  Employment studies show repetitively, that companies who take care of there employees, are rewarded many times over.  Employees who believe in the work they do and the vision of their company, will go the extra mile to do a great job.  This not only affects your success, but the success of your patients.  Company Culture is the synergy created among ownership, management, employees, vendors, key providers associated with your practice and even the alumni of your programs.

Creating Culture
